I thought the same thing, until I realized that the 8-k disclosing the merger is a requisite of the SEC. So, actually it is a step forward to full reporting, eventually. Sadly, I feel the uplisting to the otcbb will be accompanied by a reverse split, so I have sold. Small loss, could have been worse, but could have been so much better if I had listened to the small common sense voice in my head rather than the big greedy one! Just applying for trademarks this year!! Maybe they get it with all caps, but if you go to the uspto, you will find previous filings for soFit by others. My hope was they were related somehow. I now don't think they are.
