Perhaps some of those who called the SEC to make complaints against Inca would be interested in calling the SEC again to ask why the shareholders were punished while Stacy and Evan are allowed to continue their operations with no further obligation to the shareholders. It feels like the SEC is aiding and abetting in the theft of hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of shares.
