Luckyguy! Good to again hear from the number one guy on MIP!
I also know about Kelly's Coffee, Nexia, and Witchita Development. If I remember right they were all shell companies waiting for marriage with a fast moving private company...which never happened. And when a shell never gets filled, the investor/gamblers lose it all eventually.
NSCT had pretty much also become a shell company, but it has had the good fortune of attracting (partly because of its valuable and huge accumulated losses)DeLaGarza/Cloud-MDS...good fortune because Cloud is aggressively building a company and at the same time apparently selling products/services...it apparently HAS INCOME, which none of the three shells, that you and I know only too well, ever had.
So far, I think we are very fortunate that NSCT shell has got, possibly, the right folks into its shell, and fortunate, that Cloud MD has valuable technology and services at the right time in the health care history of this country. Just my opinion.
However, will all the above result in old NSCT investors, like many of us on this board, from getting the axe with a RS? I guess we will see. Kingfisher
