Hi Doubledown,

I'd an infortunate reverse split experience, 4 times... And I lost all the shares I had...

Kellys Coffee, who became NEXIA, gone...
Telynx in (TLYN), gone...
Bottomline (BOTM), gone...
Wichita Devel (WHDV), gone...

It didn't heart me baddly, because I only had a small amount of money invested and it was gambling money, but it would have been the same result with million of shares in each company...

That being said, like you, and many, I HOPE that this killing RS 1/200 will not lead us to the same end...

If the price, after RS, multiplied by 200, is able to maintain and grow, we will all make it. But if it does like it did with my 4 other stocks years ago, we are dead ducks...

The new management looks strong, they have products, revenues, they are completing the lates fillings, they bought a huge building, they "seem" honests and capables... Odds are good, but only time will tell, and in a not too distant futur.
