I think you may have misunderstood me. Supposedley, whatever decisions a company makes, including whom they do business with, are made for the benefit of THAT company, right? I mean, Dell isn't an altruistic, charitable organization; they are in business to make money, correct? So along those lines, in order for them to do a deal with Wave, the person inside Dell championing that idea must have had to explain to his superior why such a deal would benefit Dell, either in the short term or long term I would think. So when it comes time to do the cost/benefit analysis of the Wave deal, wouldn't it be something like...."So Jim, we did your suggested Wave deal and paid Wave about 5 million dollars a year for 5 years, right? Can you tell us what we've received, or are about to receive, in return?". Simple accountability for spending millions of dollars of the company's money? No?
