Sorry but due to the PPS going down, the economic principle of supply and demand proves this statement to be False.

On what basis do you believe it to be true?

With all due respect Walkman, there is nothing "good" about the issuance of 50 million shares at such a huge discount to market. "Longs buying faster than the dilution," even if true, doesn't mean anything! Your percentage ownership still decreases no matter who is buying the shares! That's not mentioning the fact that those shares haven't hit the market yet. What do you think will happen when that "long" goes to sell some or all of his newly unrestricted position? Remember, that "long" is up on his/her investment as long as the PPS is above $0.0008.
