#63127 RE: BennySlots #63120

I'm looking at the numbers. Any trader would have to be nuts to dump tiny shares so low when there are huge Bids higher than their Ask! NO, the MM's/ shorts are driving this thing down. Also why else huge buys @ day lows.

Sure there is always panic-dumping but that would typically occur at times when the Bid is tentatively tiny and lower.

Manipulation is clear. Just not the reasons. And ineptitude/ being cheap in choosing lousy so-called promoters, with bad timing killing not helping the "news." Also giving mixed signals as to whether this is a solid company or to be played as a day trade that's dubious from the start.

Investors might want to express their concerns to Koos directly:

dkoos@bmsn.us

The company doesn't even give a general email address.

They do give phone/ fax though, maybe even more effective, showing investors are willing to spend their own dime to be heard.

If the person speculating that it's Southridge the investor selling this many shares b/c they got them free (but why NOW? why not let it run UP then sell?), even though Littlegiant-01 figured based on SEC filings that they could NOT do that until June, then Koos had better reign them in -- FAST.

The only redeeming hope to this is that I believe this pattern shows an effort to re-buy shares cheap as possible, expecting a big run, not to dump indefinitely out of fear.
