Maybe Tom will answer the question about why Jonh Banks was exposed while dumping off $600K in common shares to himself through a shell company called Rich Capital.... and never disclosed it to the shareholders..... I suppose the Chill has something to do with that along with the lying PRs put out by this circus act.
