Escrow...agree 100%. The biggest hole for Wave has ALWAYS been sales leadership. They also have another hole in marketing communications.

What do the two problems have as common denominator? Brian Burger. Same guy on point for TCG members that don't even implement there own solutions. Same guy at point for TCG, the same group on security the prez ignored at last summit. The trend is disturbing but oddly similar.

Don't care how good any product or service is, if peeps don't know about it or understand it, results are DOA. Wave does not understand the importance of sales leadership Imo or change would have happened a Looong time ago.
