#33791 RE: ID Supermoney #33789

I agree that the DTC Chill List is probably one of the worst things that could happen, and let's hope it doesn't come to that, but it also presents me with an issue I've never encountered in almost 17 years of trading, before. I was wondering if you or anyone on here might have any experience with it? I own 505K shares of CERP, and I bought them through my TDAmeritrade account. If, by some chance, CERP is placed on the Chill List, and TDA is no longer allowed to trade it, does that mean I can't use TDA to sell those shares? Or would I just have to wait and hope that CERP got off of the list to sell them? I really hope it doesn't come down CERP being placed in that category of restricted trading, in the first place, because that will DEFINITELY kill the stock price, but I've never been in a situation where I've owned a member of the Chill List, so I honestly don't know how that works. TIA for any information.

And why would CERP get put on this list?
