For one thing, the FDA letter outlining the items needing to be addressed by BMSN, has not yet been sent to them. Until they get the questions, they can't respond to them. But bashers will blame BMSN for this delay as well.

It takes time to get things done. According to the release they don't even have the ?'s yet to answer, when they do they have to do some research possibly to answer the ?'s then send it back to the FDA who then has to look over and check all that is sent to them again. Things don't happen over night.
