So based on your theory, if Healey messed up the language the other way around to say Bordynuik is receiving no ban from being an office. Your saying Bordynuik could go back to being CEO?
Kind of a pointless thing to argue cause the amendment will probably be expedited but I find the whole thing laughable.
Comments like these are laughable to anyone who knows or is familiar with this judge:

Blaming Judge Wolf for the SEC's mistake (or ambiguous filing) is preposterous. People can spin it all they like, but no one who knows this judge is going to take such comments seriously.
