I don't really have a "point of contention." Just trying to get the facts straight. The company isn't diluting. With the pending news of a takeover by Iris I don't think I'd be selling converted shares here. But maybe they were sold; there's certainly been plenty of trading over .0029 for 48,000,000 to have been sold at a profit. I have only one explanation for the huge volume since the turn of the year here but I can't prove it so I'll leave it unmentioned. I'm a buyer at these levels, STOA has bottomed, imo.
