Yeah, no this is what it's all about ::Site MGON news

Megola Inc: We have been manufacturing the anti-fire AF21 product line since the recipe was purchased by 1771601 Ontario Inc back in 2008 from Randall Hart of Newstar Chemicals (M) Sdn Bhd.

Site ecoblu news:

May 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 18, 2011, Megola, Inc. CEO
Joel Gardner misrepresented his access to, and ownership rights, over the
Hartindo AF21 Anti-fire Inhibitor product. Contrary to Megola, Inc.'s public
statements, Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN BHD founder and Managing Director
Randall Hart has no relationship with 1771601 Ontario, Inc., nor has Randall
Hart sold Newstar Chemicals' rights to the Hartindo AF21 Anti-fire Inhibitor
product to the company or PCL.
Since February 2011, Newstar Holdings PTE LTD
has possessed exclusive intellectual property rights over all Hartindo
products. Among its April 18, 2011 misrepresentations, Megola, Inc.
mischaracterized the nature and enforceability of the October 2007 Formula
Purchase Agreement, which the parties never performed and which was formally
terminated in 2009. And, the now-defunct agency relationship between Newstar
Chemicals and Megola, Inc. terminated on December 31, 2010.

Newstar Chemicals terminated the relationship as a result of Joel Gardner's
unlawful use of the Hartindo product trademarks. Despite Joel Gardner's
written assertions that the trademarks had been returned to Newstar Chemicals,
neither Joel Gardner nor Megola, Inc. has performed any such transfer. Newstar
Chemicals does not have an exclusive agency relationship with Megola, Inc.,
nor has it extended its rights to manufacture Newstar Chemicals' products to
Megola, Inc. As a result of Megola, Inc.'s illegal conduct and the resulting
harm to Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN BHD and Newstar Holdings PTE LTD, and its
distributor, EcoBlu Products, Inc.,
(OTCBB: ECOB) Newstar Chemicals (M) SDN
BHD, Newstar Holdings PTE LTD and Randall Hart have sued Megola, Inc.

In a nut shell, this is MGON team members making claims that MGON owns the AF-21 fire inhibitor, of which are owned by Randall Hart who has never sold his formula or license to manufacture to MGON,

What's in a name, trademark? Joel Gardner is still making claims to be making AF-21 which is owned by Newstar.

AF-21 is a rose by any other name, and anybody claiming to be manufacturing it other than Newstar is a fraud.

No real concern but just puzzled why they claim to own a half dozen and yet can't find them on gov search TESS site?

You wouldn't believe my email anyhow so I was hoping someone else would call or email and post the reply.

The"fire break" product line is offered on HD online web site not on store shelves and Eco only has a little bit of that inventory left...remember it takes some time to go through the HD process and when Eco started this they were on somewhat good terms with MRL/NewStar...unfortunately those relationships are dead as will the HD offering soon enough but why would Conboy remove this...how come there hasn't been a press release about this yet? Conboy could make a generic announcement but he knows the deal is over for that product line.

Lastly, I held ECOB for a long long long time and sold out around .085 (luckily didn't believe Jayp predictions) and at this point its like a continued car wreck and this message board. Thought about getting back in but I don't think this stock is quite at a good entry level yet.
