why all the concern about trademarks? do you trademark law, the diff between registered, unregistered, how long an app takes to just get a receipt let alone an actual registration?

all bark no bite, still waiting for your alleged e-mail about the distribution chain being disrupted.
Yeah I'm sure Newstar wants nothing to do with the potential of having their products on HD's shelves.
