Being the amount of jobs they are talking about generating it may not be...100,000 units is HUGE...I have a friend in big time construction and they did 30,000 units in Wyoming several years back just for an oil & gas project.. When they say units though it can mean several things...Like they did a Hotel with 225 rooms that is considered 225 "units"

I tend to agree with you. 100,000 units is a huge number. If it is that many it can't be in one place. May be 40 places.
