With all you years of experience how many times have you heard of a non employee shareholder just walk out on the leases and start turning on wells and poking around the oil collection system? Is it prudent to turn on old wells without first having a proper plan in place to oversee those wells?

Belize Oilwatch - well said. Management execution has been poor which everyone will agree with including the BULLMKT guy...so my one question for you is....Did Treaty intend to defraud investors, did they intend to harm shareholders in anyway or did we (those of us who paid much higher prices) just got into a bad deal.

Thanks for your professional POV.

Excellent post Oilwatch. You made mention shareholders should have lots of say so in many decisions and in my two years shareholders have been told zip. I would like Treaty Management to explain exactly what are they doing with the Treaty drilling equipment that has been purchased in the continental U.S.in the last 2 years?

Where is the equipment? Just exactly what is on loan and not on loan?, what is the value of the equipment?, and why has the status of the equipment changed to leasing and rental? Is the Treaty drilling equipment not good enough? if so then be transparent.
