Treaty Energy Corporation has three major divisions: Treaty Drilling, C&C Petroleum Management and Treaty Belize Ltd. Each company offers conducts different operations in the hopes of providing a diverse revenue stream.

Treaty Drilling provides contracted drilling services to other companies. Treaty Drilling, once part of C&C Petroleum Management, was recently separated. TECO, which owns the drilling assets, has almost $2,000,000 worth of drilling equipment. Treaty Drilling both rents and operates the equipment depending on the client's needs.
