Are you nuts? The Constitution does not guarantee equal opportunity to anyone. What it does is guarantee that everyone is treated equally under the laws (at least it tries to say that but we know that's crap as well).
In my opinion, the Constitution states that all men are created equal.
Does that mean that we are not equal as we progress in years? Some earn more than others as their efforts produce more as measured in financial gain. Some are educated above the medium norm. Should they have some preference in our law?
