This kind of incompetence has been a hallmark of JBI since inception

so it seems, just yesterday I was discussing checks and balances.....it's kind of amazing to me that such an important annual document was filed so haphazardly.....JBI's 2012 Annual Facility Report to the DEC....not exactly trivial!!!
