It was probably the exact same letter as last year with the numbers updated.

Yes, it probably was. Did the person who prepared it change the date and the numbers, but forgot that Bordynuik was no longer CEO and President?

And then Bordynuik signed it and also failed to note the problem? Generally speaking, these things--especially when numbers are involved--are proofread.

This kind of incompetence has been a hallmark of JBI since inception. And yes, that IS a problem.
