Signatories to SEC settlements are supposed to show good faith by abiding by their terms

I'm thinking, given the fact that Mr. Healy is "obviously" falling on his sword on JBII's behalf, he wisely considers JBII showing "good faith" and just laughed at any silly report thrown at him.
