Not sure how much that clerical error will matter since the judge didn't finalize the settlement til March 21st or around that time.

Signatories to SEC settlements are supposed to show good faith by abiding by their terms. And the company announced the settlement well before the judge signed off.

Moreover, Bordynuik resigned as CEO quite awhile ago.
