Because there are many posts on this, can I ask you the orders of letters you are talking about?

If I am getting this, basically what you are looking at is the periodic statement we get every 3 months. Then the 1099B form we received two or weeks ago. Finally you are looking at the Beneficiary Tax Information letter that came a day or two ago.

Looking at that order that explains what you had on the periodic statement minus what happened on 1099B?
