Well it looks like the current owners of Mangos let their employees push them out of their successful business because of the lawsuits!!! I do know this is a partnership thats why I said owners.
If the signature on the contract is post-dated does that mean the down payment has to be paid to Mango's by that date in order for the deal to go through???
