If they're doing well and have a sustainable business I don't think there's any way that would happen. No entrepreneur would ever let their EMPLOYEES push THEM out of their successful business. Plus this is a partnership not a single proprietary entity. They would all have to agree and I just don't see that.
Plus like I said, the signature on the contract is post-dated which I would think makes it invalid, at least until that date.
