I agree. If there were real assets here, WGAS would have been acquired a long time ago. $800k is few days interest on a large oil company's sweep account.

Volk would have sold out ages so instead of reverse splitting the stock and continuing to dump shares into the market.

I didn't compare WGAS to EXXON. Penny stocks are 99.9% share selling scams. Discussion of "future" projects and "potential" revenue, etc. just need to be tempered with facts. No revenue. multiple reverse splits, ongoing toxic convertable debt, dilution, no assets to develop, that's what "investors" are buying. There is no drilling, there is no place to drill. No drilling, no oil, no revenue. WGAS sells stock. It is a stock selling company and has been for years and years now. Nothing is developing here.
