I'm sure someone said the same thing about OEDV before it went from pennies to dollars. Volk isn't the quickest to get oil, but he also wasn't counting on the deal with Virgin falling through, which led to litigation. VM-179 has been tied up for longer than planned, but Volk is smart enough to know there is huge value there. Why would he take stock in place of his salary? He hasn't sold a single share of stock.
