If there is a moral in this story Re Ryles it is do not mistreat a fellow INONIT because he wanted his salary, went to arbitration to get it, and now has his payoff snatched away from him in BK.
Why would CDEX think that he would or should keep silent?? Although, I do not know of any present forum or method that he is employing to say anything at all re CDEX.
