#39783 RE: Crow3 #39775

Crow3

ryles should have not been able to go to arbitration, he only got to go because Dr. Poteet picked up his part of the bill.

How much stock did ryles get in place of his salary?

Let me help you with a forum that ryles post on:

I haven't worked at CDEX since I was told there wasn't enough work, about a year ago...I was part of this.....

IT IS WORTH NOTING THAT AMANITA CLAIMED ryles left with Dr. Poteet and Mr. Starzinger, who left in April 2009. ryles just said above that he left Cdex around Jan. 2011. 19 months after Dr. Poteet left. Hum???

Mr. Ryles.
Point blank.
Is this company a scam or do they have a viable product and future.

Wow, first, I'm a former Tail gunner on B-52's, I never let anything approach "point blank".

Second, scams are in the eye of the beholder. I would just say that you make up your own mind after considering the history of the company in years and reading this:

"The accompanying financial statements have been prepared assuming the Company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates the realization of assets and the satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. To date, CDEX has incurred substantial losses, and will require financing for operating expense, working capital and other corporate purposes. We anticipate that we will require financing on an ongoing basis unless and until we are able to support our operating activities with additional revenues."

That statement seems to be in all of CDEX's 10-XYZ's.

I'll have more to say about this later.

HUM, DOES THIS POST SHOW FOR A FACT THAT ryles KNEW HOW CASH STRAPPED CDEX WAS? OF COURSE IT DOES, YET HE CARLOS AND Mp wanted a special deal, and could not go along with the other 14 note holders. wow.

Does anyone know what the "recipient of the Holland Medal of Honor"
means as it relates to Jason Bradley Terrell, M.D?

Balance Sheets as of October 31, 2011
Current assets
CASH: 45,514$
What luck, seems that they do have funds to shall we say...
"satisfy your note"
My note comes due and payable 1 February 2012.

WOW, HERE IS ryles DOING EXACTLY WHAT HIS KIND DOES, HE POINTS OUT THAT HIS BACKPAY IN NOTE FORM CAN BE COVERED, LOL, BUT THE OTHER 16 CANNOT, BUT HE THINKS HE IS SPECIAL, SO HE DEMANDS HIS NOTE TO BE PAID. SO DOES Mp and Carlos, but NOT THE OTHER 14, they want CDEX to have a chance. BUT NOT ryles, Mp, and Carlos. This, Cdex had to go BK.

Well HOWDY DW88 and JIM RYLES. Good to see yall here. Well JIM, I assume that you wish to add to our lore of Knowledge re CDEX. I found what you have posted so far fascinating.

Too bad that they let you go at such a "CRITICAL" time just as they were "developing" the famous VALIMED G4!! It would seem that they would certainly need an ENGINEER to help them get that Sucker finished and ON THE MARKET!!!

HUM, I thought you did not know of a forum for ryles?

When the rivers all run uphill and the four wins become still..then will MR Ryles make a reply. But don't count on it.

Neither he nor his other ALIAS, which I do bleeve was sumpin like the PLUMBER, came here to spill beans. PEEVED though they are or were, they are not the WHISSLE blower types. They are for NUMERO UNO you know??

THIS SAYS IT ALL, LOL

Well here is the "Material Event" that JR spoke about... I wonder if he got paid or not... wish he would comment again! As a result of the default what else do they owe and who/what else will be triggered into action?
9-Feb-2012
Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Ar
FINANCIAL OBLIGATION OR AN OBLIGATION UNDER AN OFF-BALANCE SHEET ARRANGEMENT.
On February 3, 2012, CDEX, Inc. ("CDEX", or the "Company") received two Notices of Default for the non-payment of principal and interest from noteholders of CDEX 10% convertible notes due February 1, 2012, with a January 31, 2011 total principal and interest balance of approximately $48,277.

These default notices could trigger cross defaults on other obligations also causing them to accelerate.

IT WAS THESE TWO NOTICES OF DEFAULT FOR NON-PAYMENT OF PRINCIPAL AND INTEREST FROM NOTEHOLDERS OF CDEX 10% CONVERTIBLE NOTES DUE ON FEBRUARY 1, 2012

Well, good job on ryles and Mp's part, sending the two Notices of Default!!!

12) SHE SPELLED IT OUT PERFECTLY:

well well well well well well ... the 8-K got filed.

"2 notices of default" -- does that mean two people were defaulted on? Or just one person referred to in two notices?

And that last sentence ... is this all called front-running ... getting new money to pay old debts and thus an unsustainable type of pyramid is formed? But in this case apparently they didn't get enough new money in to build the next level of the pyramid.

A snowball at least does seem to be forming in sunny Tucson -- what an unusual occurrence where I doubt if they ever see snow even once in 25 years.

In any case, everyone reading the 8-K is warned that the snowball will likely grow: "These default notices could trigger cross defaults on other obligations also causing them to accelerate."

Gotta stop for now, but your question has been answered in detail as per the Cdex outcome from the posting jim ryles.
