Wrong. We know the SEC started an investigation which so far has led to a 10 day suspension. The SEC did not enforce the 10 day suspension on a whim, it took an SEC investigation to conclude that MIKP performed misdeeds.

neither mark nor we may ever know if an investigation was started or concluded. Thats the beauty behind the logic of not knowing.
