This stock is now down .10 from it's high (20%). What happens when it breaks its technical support at .38?

All the name investors from the PP can't lose money whether or not this company wins it's Markman hearing.

What happens to this stock if Activision settles prior to Markman, but at a significantly lower dollar amount than has been mentioned on this board? Large investors still win!!!
