Sorry but you are an idiot. Why are you even here? Your not long and your not short. Just go away. Susman didn't spend millions and beg to take the case to get a micro settlement. You have no argument, or at least one that would make sense. Whatever ATVI settles for WDDD will get 3X that much total. So if settlement is just $50M longs will win huge. If its $250M longs are very rich. If they settle for $500M there are 20+ WDDD millionaires and you will still just be a pest. We have went over your dumb argument before, the investors protected their financing like all investors do. They are in it to make money not break even.

So now you are a technician. I will tell you why the delay, Over 300 pages to contend with on the Hudson Bay/Iroquois financing. They were able to get WORX out as far more simplistic. I would be very concerned with USPR yet another closing low and the 1.6m note that is owed to there attorney. NO doubt USPR is a scam as well as your dsti another low today!!!!! Congrats roaring bull market!!!!

Concern yourself with your delayed 10k on dst$ that is a shell at best had 90 days to complete with no financing going on only a delisting from 1.50 to .63 in 9 days. Oh and well your at it return to your gold property with no assets and a possible bk!!!! Good call SPANKY!!!!

keep in mind...regardless of what the share price is today, we are all looking at a specific catalyst. June 27th Markmen hearing, it is much like a BIo/Phrama Company looking at an FDA approval date. No matter if the FDA says yes or no, the time leading up to that date you WILL see the price goes up, as the days get closer the price moves faster...

All the money flows in those. who think its a yes...drive the price up, those that think it is a no sell off right before then or go short...

We are all watching till then because it is entertaining, and gives us all more chances to load up..so if the price drops below .38 I will be going to the bank to borrow money, so I can load up on as many shares as possible...or just putting shares on a credit card..because I will be paying it off in about 2 months...
