round, if anyone has their life savings in this stock they are nuts. second, you speak of proof, show us your proof. You say hilal lies to you and then you want everyone to believe you when you say you have proof and your contact is hilal. How can anyone believe what you say when you forward information from a person who you say has lied to you? Oh yea, i forgot, hilal only lies when it benefits all of us and the company. What a great guy.

Round, I have no proof that Orange or any other posters are lying on this board. To reconcile/resolve I would suggest to either respond to his Q&A (there pretty basic questions) - or put him (and others if you wish) on ignore.

My personal view of the situation is that FH's words (or any CTKH insider) are almost meaningless because their track records are dismal. Only an official PR of some sort (something that could be introduced as evidence in an SEC hearing) has any credibility. I feel that FH has lied to me and you have admitted the same. That is not to say that I won't still call FH from time to time - and, unlike some others, I WILL post here on this board what he says. Sometimes even his misinformation can offer clues to the truth. Unless I am misreading Orange, it seems to me he is simply saying that an investor should put virtually no weight or credibility on what FH (or any insider) tells them via telephone because thus far he has NOT delivered and has even completely contradicted himself (ex: executing a buy-back while dumping billions of shares). And I happen to agree with Orange on that viewpoint. I am not a pumper nor a basher. I tend to view myself as a practical realist. I've made money in pennies, and I've been burned by CEO's that lied to me over the telephone. The ultimate burn is the R/S.

Also - I doubt that Orange's posts are going to destroy CTKH. What will destroy CTKH is FH and his lack of honesty with investors. What will destroy CTKH is FH's poor decisions. FH would be far wiser to say nothing to investors than to make statements over the telephone that are clearly nonsense.

At the end of the day FH and the loyal investors may well be winners in this stock irrespective of FH poor management style/skills. I hope so because I have held shares for well over 2 years now. And I will continue to hold. However if we see the O/S climb to 8B+ by the next SHM that will spell disaster IMO. That will reinforce the concept of the big lie, and the R/S will surely be around the corner. I’m sure that FH and his lawyer will find some way to protect himself and his private investors though. IMO those are the only investors that FH cares about.
