this is a solid sentiment; however, the fleeting board chatter makes me a bit concerned. seems like anything sub .002 would be a nice pick up, mostly because the float is very inviting.
realistically, (in my math), .10+ anything is a bit far fetched. there needs to be a few pr's and, as you said, financials to back it up.
big component to this play being a dark horse is the limited news. there is none. (to me thats bit a p & d yet, board rumors are left to the beholder). this is purely a rumor play on the hype of mmj. anything comes out, quick run to .004/.006. IF any announcements of $ contracts nearing 20-30mm range, then pps is penny to nickel, in a day or two.
im in this play- have a few limits sell to recoup the initial... and cover taxes ;(...
