My read is that AP and Southern are now dealers. AP's web site now says this. AP is a separate corporation and was not acquired to my knowledge. I think Southern may be a DBA, I didn't check. As I recall, Kevin ran most, if not all, of his government (federal, state,local) contracts through LTASCorp. Kevin is an engineer-type. The complexity of this acquisition has a total Glenn feel to me. He had to do something to keep the cash down since we are cash-strapped so, hence the revenue sharing. But did WSGI pull something off way beyond what they should have been able to do? Yes, IMO. WSGI is now positioned to dominate the tactical LTA market IMO. What fun!
