They cleand up the balance sheets quite nicely.
The biggest detail is the fact that they retired the financing due in 2016.
Now 2016 is 3 years from now PEIX has to be confident that they are going to be making money to retire it.

Earrings whisper's call for (0.01) will change as we come close to q1 earnings.
There is no way Q1 was a loss the producers are making crazy money and PEIX has an added discount for using Milo.
