What do you mean they "retired" the debt in 2016? I read it as they bought out some of the 2013 debt outright and delayed most of it to be due in 2016. So now there is a CRAPLOAD of debt due in 2016: 90 million! They are going to have to keep revolving the debt, but they have shown they can do it, and they are still solvent. My expert *cough* guess *cough* analysis is that if they can be profitable at least 2 of the next 3 years, creditors will keep revolving them.

Purchased and retired $3.5 million of Plant debt maturing in 2016

They have ~4mil coming up due in June, so I'm wondering why they didn't apply this 3.5mil toward that. I'm guessing it's because there was some restriction on the use of the funds.
