Hadn't notice that either Buz. The timing makes it a very curious addition. I'm glad to see them holding eachother accountable for insider leaks/trading etc.

There's quite a few mentions of scenarios involving customers, suppliers, partners, service providers, competitors etc which seems like a positive indication of things to come.

The code of ethics is on the last page of the current 10-k (page F-35), it was not there last year..
The going concern language that has been there forever is gone, $3,000,000 cash on hand. Maybe, just maybe they are lining things up here.. I haven't given up hope yet.
