Maggiore isn't buying the stock for a few pennies and he couldn't sell and make a profit now even if he wanted to trade for pennies. As a 10% owner, he is prohibited from that activity.

I think the 10K yields some insight on what HEPI is trying to do and the market vertical they intend to enter. Funny the vast majority is still the same as outlined previous.
