I'm glad you mentioned it though, because I would have seen the news an hour or so later. I think the lawsuit is a real deal, and I think SFOR will get some dough out of it...the problem (short-term)...I think the stock is too pricey without actual lawsuit wins/revenue. Just my opinion. Don't want to buy something that I can get 25-75% cheaper down the road. The news will soon blow away for a couple of days and then she'll come back down (unless the the financials come in strong in the next couple of days). IMO. Another thing, how many companies put out a really cool announcement and then follow with terrible news? Happens a lot, and I cannot say that is the case here, but it could be.
