Does finra need to ok the move to otcqbb even if MIKP audits?

otcbb is dead. if mikp submitted a current annual statement ( this is assuming they were off the greys) to otcmarkets they would be eligible to be classified otcqb. if they became current and compliant with sec filings (again assuming they get off the greys) they would be eligible for an otcqx classification. if they were to get off the greys and not complete either of those two processes, they would move to otcpink.
