Interesting perspective. I too wonder about how this company generates sales without some sort of defined sales force other than Bob doing the road show and his legal team firing off lawsuits. MAybe this is a pure buyout play. I know management would love to capture a licensing from their IP but how this actually shakes out is anyone guess. Any ideas on what the whole foods deal would generate in real $? More importantly do believe MMR patents can be upheld and enforced? One thing is for sure they have to start generating cash flow no matter how they achieve it. 2013 looks like a make or break year.
