It will be very interesting to see if Val follows through. He can't fool Paul by taking him to visit "Stan" or showing him towers that may not be MediaG3's. Paul is not looking just to verify speed. He wants to verify that the company has the necessary infrastructure to actually deliver the service.

Would not expect Val or any representative of MediaG3, Inc. to allow anyone to view its proprietary technology, or even disclose where it is located for obvious reasons.

What kind of proprietary "technology" are you talking about that could be "seen" at a location? Val may use that as an excuse to cover the fact that there is no Internet service being provided.

I think it would be easy for Paul to contact current users and hear testimonials of MediaG3's service and speed.

That would be the case if there actually are any current users.

Being that MediaG3 still has no office, no one answers the telephone, there are no FCC or local licenses, there is no known way to sign up for the service, there is no mention of offering the service in any of the financial filings, there is no mention of offering the service on the MediaG3 website, the iwifi and Boisewifi websites don't offer a service, there is no advertising, etc., there is no evidence whatsoever that a service is being provided to anyone except a router at Darla's Deli.

Can anyone tell me where Val got the money to purchase and install WiFi network and wireless Internet equipment throughout Idaho's Treasury [sic] Valley? The company had only $67 at 9/30/12.

Regarding the financials... Val announced on 2/6/12 that services were already being offered. There should be significant revenue if that were true. Now we hear that they hadn't yet installed the infrastructure? So that PR was false like all of the other previously announced roll-outs, but now people are supposed to believe Val is finally being honest?

"In January 2012, ahead of schedule, we began offering our services to local apartment complexes, businesses, subdivisions and public areas where we knew there would be high demand and usage enabling us to provide multiple high speed Internet service plans up to 100Mbs, verify network stability and quality of service as well as provide a sustainable reoccurring revenue stream," Westergard continued. "The company has plans for a series of next steps and expects to announce each as they are achieved." "Look for updates and testimonials on our website and social media links."

"As far as the financial statements or Q4 for the year 2012 (ending Dec 31), shareholders understand that this report pertains to matters for that financial year and has nothing whatsoever to do with what happened post Dec 31, 2012 or post the official formation of the Board of Directors. Shareholders understand the year 2012 was for final installations of equipment, and testing utilizing potential customers in and around Boise. Revenue is not expected in the Q4, and there should be little, if any."

This is what you and the longs have said every year for the past 3 years. Aren't you the least bit embarrassed?
