I find it positive that Paul has offered to send his RFP to MediaG3, Inc. and encouraging that Val Westergard has responded requesting some specific information.

Paul's request to see MediaG3's speeds at a user's location should be easy enough to be accomplished. Perhaps Val Westergard (CTO) could hook up Paul's computer with a temporary password so he can utilize and confirm MediaG3's capabilities. Would not expect Val or any representative of MediaG3, Inc. to allow anyone to view its proprietary technology, or even disclose where it is located for obvious reasons. Hopefully a satisfactory location can be established.

MediaG3, Inc. is especially interested in installing their technology/equipment in apartment complexes, office complexes and shopping centres. Being that this new location is downtown, would post no logistical problems, in my opinion.

As far as the financial statements or Q4 for the year 2012 (ending Dec 31), shareholders understand that this report pertains to matters for that financial year and has nothing whatsoever to do with what happened post Dec 31, 2012 or post the official formation of the Board of Directors. Shareholders understand the year 2012 was for final installations of equipment, and testing utilizing potential customers in and around Boise. Revenue is not expected in the Q4, and there should be little, if any.

The shareholders are satisfied that mediaG3, Inc. is at the stage of a major rollout for new, paying subscribers as the word spreads on the available download speed, and various plans to meet most budgets.

I think it would be easy for Paul to contact current users and hear testimonials of MediaG3's service and speed.

MediaG3, Inc. has installers at the ready. There is no need at this stage for purchasing a fleet of trucks. MediaG3's business plan, as I understand it, is to sub-contract, rather than hire permanent in house employees.

Paul, I congratulate you for talking that step forward and hope to see a good working business relationship formed between your company and MediaG3, Inc. /Boisewifi.

Having looked at the building in which you have your office, I see no reason except for current contractual arrangements you may have in place, why could not have MediaG3, Inc service provided there too.

No one and I mean no one in Boise is able to offer the equivalent or faster speed for internet access.
