Bottom line is that if there is oil found in Belize any money from it will stay in Belize and no American investor will see that money. In Andrew Reid's conference call he was specific that the Belize Resort deal had nothing to do with Treaty Energy...he does not say that it has nothing to do with himself/others in Treaty or Orpheum Properties, Inc. nka Axiom Global. These are separate corporations in two very different countries, even though the Belize entity is mostly owned by Treaty Energy Corporation...I have not seen anything saying that money comes back to the USA Corporation. It should be assumed that Treaty Belize is probably set up like Treaty Energy Corporation in the USA whereby there are no profits to shareholders and everything is reinvested in new projects (or as we know now from the September 30, 2012 10Q, to tens of millions of new stock going to managers and manager controlled parties and entities non-related to Treaty).

Dates to remember as this thing is peeled back:[/b]

1) January 21, 2012: Bankruptcy Trustee Motion to repeal the 200,000,000+ TECO shares of stock to Ronald Blackburn in the Alonzo bankruptcy case as fraudulent conveyances;

6 days later!!

2) January 27, 2012: Fake Oil Strike announcement by TECO in Belize that sent the value of the Blackburn stock and others skyrocketing to $0.13 from an historical $0.01 to $0.02;

1 to 14 days later!!

3) The two weeks following the Fake Oil Stike announcement there were over 150,000,000 shares of TECO stock sold at anywhere from $0.055 to $013 for a total average overall sales of $13,875,000.00 for someone that had unrestricted stock to sell;

Within the next 12 months:

4) TECO stock plummets to $0.01 losing overall proud Teco shareholders of 1Billion shares of stock at least $25,000,000.00 if each just lost $0.025 per share;

These are real numbers, real events and real losses. Anyone can see by following the trail of the management group here that they do not give money back!!!!! These are my opinions in analyzing this stock and the parties involved. SmackDown

Still just poking holes in the ground in Belize...

Treaty has run no seismic in Belize but there is some seismic data in existence for lines that were shot in southern Belize by Esso pre-1982 and several of these cross the Princess Petroleum Acreage where San Juan #3 is now being drilled.

It would appear from the map/diagram on page 8 of Treaty's published Development Plan for 2013 and data on hitoric seismic in Belize that San Juan #3 and #4 are located on Esso seismic line B76A-013.

Hopefully this seismic information was integrated with the other surveys that they have done to help focus on the best prospects to drill - to give the best chance of finding oil.
