I know that and have mentioned it before. No Treaty did not use it in picking the well locations of wells 1,2 and 3. Treaty said in the CC last month that they were trying to get the data from the GOB. Wells 1 and 2 were drilled long before then and well 3 drilling location was already determined and the permit for the site applied for.
Why wouldn't Treaty have asked for that data when they were first contracted by Princess to be the operator of the concession?? That would have been one of the first steps I would have taken...Though it is only one line of a general survey near those wells and anther on the concession for two, it's better than nothing at all.
Treaty waited years to ask for it. Very strange. There is something they are not telling folks or are just really that inept?
