If as you contend bad news is good for the SP, then a 13K Q3 should help the shares, so I suppose that's the point your making. If PTQ does this supposed $400M deal you claim then the SP should go to .25 on the news.

Do don't even realize how silly your claims are. They are most likely going to release any bad Q3 numbers around some positive news to deflect the poor numbers is my guess. That's why we haven't seen the presumed bad quarterly numbers yet. Not too hard to figure.
