You have moved the technical problems to the bottom and I understand why it is positioned there, but I do wonder if the technical issues are what is hindering some of your to-do list.
To me your #1 and #2 are the most critical. And then I put functioning technology that performs somewhere close to the advertised up-times and volume as a #3. I honestly think JB is floundering and this HTF is the latest hopeful tinker in a long series of farks. It amazes me they have not attempted to hire a leader with serious pyrolysis credentials.
