You can't get that steel plant slag for free. All that nasty stuff kills rats, grass and maybe bad neighbors. Brick plant ash works but is even more nasty.

The limestone gravel is useless, breaks down in a couple years. Them boys can always sell the slag. I probably be needing some in a few years.
